People are at the heart of a place. What are their values? Everyone has a voice and must be heard. Community engagement in the brand’s development ensures understanding and confidence in the brand. We have demonstrated capacity to facilitate input and ideas from a broad range of residents and stakeholders. We have experience in working and ‘listening’ to ‘communities’ and clients in developing brands. This includes facilitating workshops and the development of online surveys. Experience includes facilitating community engagement/group sessions with Sutherland Shire, Bathurst, Canada Bay and Strathfield Councils in the development of their brands. On launch we ensure all messages are precise and on target. This may also include explanation/group sessions on the use of Brand Guidelines to ensure a new brand is executed consistently.
